For two years from substantial completion, we will repair or correct, at no additional cost, any workmanship defects that do not meet industry standards under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or work altered by others. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products and may offer additional coverage. Full warranty terms, conditions, and claim procedures are available upon request.  

Twin Cities Home Pros stands behind our craftsmanship with a two‑year limited workmanship warranty on labor for completed projects. For two years from substantial completion, we will repair or correct, at no additional cost, any workmanship‑related defects that result in premature paint failure (including peeling, flaking, blistering, or cracking) or finishes that do not meet generally accepted industry standards under normal use. 

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, impact or abrasion, moisture intrusion, structural movement, failure of existing substrates, or work that has been altered by others. Horizontal walking surfaces, decks, and areas subject to standing water or de‑icing chemicals are excluded. Manufacturer warranties apply to paints, coatings, and other materials and may offer additional protection against product defects.
